Description
This 50' Aermotor MC-39 steel tower with 7'x7' cab – the shortest in the state – first stood on the Chattahoochee National Forest in Georgia. In 1971 the Alabama Forestry Commission moved the tower to its present location in Limestone County. It was removed sometime between 2009 and 2017.
