Cecil Point first hosted a California Region 5 Plan BC-301 cabin atop a 10 foot enclosed timber tower. The original structure was replaced in 1954 with an R1M - Region 1 Mobile Cupola Trailer.
The removal date is unknown. The original foundation remains visible today.
