Description
Helester (alternatively spelled Hellister) Point lookout was constructed in 1938, a California Region 5 Plan BC-301 cabin on a 20 foot K-Brace open steel tower.
The building was listed as surplus by the GSA in 1981 and removal date and whereabouts are unknown. The tower is shown as standing and the cabin down by the time of the 1986 Thornton survey.
