Description
Lassen Peak was constructed in 1912, a California Region 5 Plan GDN, 12' 8" X 12' 8" wood ground cabin.
On May 30, 1914 the mountain began to erupt and over the course of the Summer the lookout house was completely destroyed, never to be rebuilt.
