Description
The remains of the lookout include a rock foundation with walls about 5' high. The mortar inside the lookout's foundation was autographed by the builder: Al Ehytonen of New Leipzig, North Dakota. The lookout was moved to Sunset Peak in 1950. Sunset Peak is easily visible from Maple Peak.
