Description
A 20' pole L-4 built in the 1930s was replaced in 1964 with a 20' treated timber R-6 tower. The lookout was removed in 1979.

| Comments | I was a seasonal USDA - USFS GS-3 forestry technician lookout from July 6, 1976 to late August, 1976. <br /> <br />I convinced the District FMO (Dave Hubert) to let me take the position on July 4th, 1976 after another seasonal employee, his wife and newborn baby found it difficult to live there. I was taken down early due to the lack of fire weather. |
