Description
Black Mountain was constructed in 1964, a national plan CL-100, 1959 revision on an 11 foot block tower in 1964.
The lookout cabin was transferred to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and relocated to Smith Mountain in Monterey County where it still stands today.
